Grounding and Centering in the Tradition of Gestalt Practice
Tribal Ground Circle Office: Aptos, California
Steven Harper
Cost: Free

In this introductory evening meeting Steven will present simple yet profound practices designed to access our capacity to innovate and participate with our organisms essential ability for self-regulation. Through, demonstration, work in pairs, physical practices, and direct experience we draw on inspiration from Gestalt Practice, aikido, and contemporary somatic practices that offer ways of centering, grounding, and knowing our embodied belonging. Consider the evening a “lab” — a place to play, experiment, and make inquiry into the process of discovering our unique paths to grounding and centering.
